Here’s what to expect for your upcoming appointment:
- Confirmation:
You will receive a text or call confirming your appointment time, location, and any lab kit or requisition requirements. Please have your lab order or test kit ready at the time of your appointment, if applicable.
- Arrival Window:
Our phlebotomist will arrive within a 15-30 minute window of your scheduled time. Please ensure you are available and ready at the location provided.
- Fasting (If Required):
If your test requires fasting, please follow your provider's instructions. Typically, fasting means no food or drinks except water for 8–12 hours before your draw.
- Identification:
Have a valid photo ID and any insurance or lab documentation ready.
- Payment:
Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-arranged. We accept cash, card, or mobile payment methods. A mileage fee applies to appointments located more than 30 miles from our home base.
- After Collection:
Your sample will be securely delivered to the designated laboratory. Results will be sent directly to your ordering provider or as instructed.
